Young at Heart at St Margaret’s Hub

We offer a warm and safe space for the over 60’s.

We offer a safe and welcoming environment to the older generation, with our Young at Heart groups. This group meets every Tuesday 2-4pm in our newly developed hub space, entrance on Faygate Avenue. This groups offers people a chance to:

• Opportunities for social connections amongst older people, aiming to reach 60 people per year.

• Health advice – Health Watch, Mental health well-being, CAP life style course, ESOL course

• Young at Heart Elderly club

• Alzheimer’s club
